A native Texan, Dr. Tittle was born and raised in Lufkin. He performed his undergraduate training at Stephen F. Austin University, where he was at the top of his class. He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1980. Dr. Tittle completed his Internal Medicine internship at Baylor Medical Center followed by a residency in General Surgery from 1980 to 1986 at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He completed his training with a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1989. Dr. Tittle has been the medical director of Lily Med Spa for 10 years. His personal interests include snow skiing, cycling and spending time with his children.

Delaney is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. Her love for aesthetics began as a teenager when she started working for her mother, a board-certified dermatologist in Naperville, Illinois. This early exposure ignited a passion that would shape her career path.
She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University, where she was awarded multiple honors. Her approach to patient care is rooted in enhancing natural beauty through individualized treatment plans. She believes in building trust by listening to each patient’s goals and concerns, thoroughly educating them on their options, and involving them in the decision-making process.
She combines a detail-oriented, compassionate approach with cutting-edge techniques to achieve natural and balanced results. Her holistic philosophy is shaped by her clinical background and expertise in aesthetics and wellness. Rose Ceballos is a Licensed Esthetician, Professional Laser Technician and LSO with over 15 years of experience in advanced aesthetics. Renowned for her meticulous technique and genuine client care, Rose combines clinical expertise with a refined, results-driven approach. She specializes in BBL photofacial, Halo, chemical peels, and body contouring —tailoring each treatment to enhance her clients’ natural beauty and confidence.
With an unwavering commitment to excellence and continued education, Rose stays at the forefront of emerging technologies and aesthetic innovation. As Sales Operation Manager, Austin has worked closely alongside owner Tama to rebrand, scale, and strategically build the practice into what it is today. With a sharp eye for ethical care, refined branding, and provider development, he has played an integral role in establishing LILY as a gold standard in modern aesthetics and wellness.
Austin is widely respected for his ability to balance high-level business strategy with genuine human connection. He is deeply invested in cultivating strong teams, supporting provider growth, and ensuring that every patient experience reflects integrity, excellence, and trust.
